Forum: forums Subject: archive.org main forums page: DEAD links

archive.org's main webpage for the forums ( http://archive.org/iathreads/forums.php ) has links for the various sub-forums, but some of those links seem to be broken.

The first broken link I would like to see fixed is the "Wayback Machine Forum" link which points to http://archive.org/web/web.php#forum , but there is no forum there.

Change that link so it goes to https://archive.org/iathreads/forum-display.php?forum=web

EDIT: RELATED TOPIC : When I posted to the Wayback forum i noticed the "Forum: web" link also goes to https://archive.org/web/web.php#forum (but there is no forum at that webpage)

Yes, I see this problem too, still many dead links. Here are some more examples:

"Wayback Machine Forum" still takes one to the wayback machine page, no forum.

"1930s Census" link takes one to the 1930s Census page, no forum.

"Waterboy Recordings Forum" brings up an error page that says "The item is not available due to issues with the item's content."

"Volunteer Forum" brings up "Page not found".

In fact, after trying 5 links chosen more or less randomly, the only one that worked was "78 RPMs Forum".
